Claude A Duncan is a seasoned strategic and operations executive with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning the public and private sectors across the Caribbean and international markets. He brings deep expertise in executive leadership, enterprise strategy, service delivery, sales leadership, talent development and operational transformation within complex, matrixed organizations, and is the Founder and Principal Advisor of consulting firm, The Edge.

Mr. Duncan most recently served as Country Manager and Assistant Vice President, Service Delivery at Sutherland Global Services, where he led large-scale operations supporting multinational clients across multiple industries. He was responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, workforce optimization, and governance frameworks for a workforce of over 7,000 employees, while ensuring business continuity and service quality in dynamic environments.

Mr. Duncan holds an Executive MBA from the University of New Orleans, where he graduated as Valedictorian, and a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
