Radcliffe G. Daley, JP, is an accomplished financial services executive and corporate Director with over three decades of experience in banking, audit, and operations. He currently serves as President & CEO of First Global Bank Limited, where he is responsible for driving strategic direction, financial performance, and organizational transformation.

Mr. Daley has extensive expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and internal audit, having previously served as Chief Audit Executive at GraceKennedy Limited and Chief Operating Officer at First Global Bank Limited. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles across retail and corporate banking, credit, and operations. He has significant boardroom experience, currently serving as a director of GK Money Services (Cayman, Bahamas, and Turks & Caicos) and the GraceKennedy Foundation.

Mr. Daley holds a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University A Bachelor of Arts from the University of the West Indies, Mona. A retired Major in the Jamaica Defense Force (National Reserve), he brings disciplined leadership, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to national and community development.
